“L’épervier” is our largest holiday cottage with a pool in Brittany, a charming place, ideal for big families or groups of friends !

On the 70m² ground floor you will find :

• A fully fitted open plan kitchen : cooker with 5 hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as all the kitchenware you need, including dishes and pans, for 20 people.
• A vast and cosy front room with a big central sofa, a TV, DVD player and a Playstation. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove, that you can program easily.
• The washing machine, dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are all stored away in a small service room.

Each floor is divided in two, guaranteeing you intimacy. The “Epervier” gîte is perfect for 2 families!

A first staircase on the left hand side will take you above the kitchen area, to a space divided in 2 levels, where you will find 3 bedrooms :

• 1. On the first floor there is a big family bedroom, with a double bed (160cm), a children’s bed (80cm) and a cot. On this same floor, you will find a bathroom, with a separate toilet.
• 2. On the 2nd floor, the “cocoon” bedroom holds another double bed (140cm)
• 3. A third bedroom with 3 beds : a single (90cm) and a stow-away bed.

• On the 1st floor : a big family bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a kid’s bed (80cm) and a cot. You will also find a large bathroom with two wash basins, and a separate toilet.
• On the 2nd floor you will find two identical bedrooms : one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 2 closed “girafe” beds, to your children’s delight (90 cm mattress on the bottom and 80cm one above it). A third bedroom is fitted with a double bed (160cm) and two more “girafe” beds.

The rental price includes access to our wellness area, with its covered and heated (to 30°) pool, and 6 seater hammam
This area is shared with the clients from the institute, so don’t forget to book it as soon as you arrive if you wish to make the most of it, by using the whiteboard in the area.

There is also 2500 m² of garden, including a swimming pool with sun loungers, a trampoline and children's play equipment. Bikes are at your disposal, as are racket games, football goals... An ideal place for children to make the most of their holidays in Brittany.
